Ronnie Wilson

Ronnie started with SERVPRO in 2007.  He came with a background of working at a prison and began part time.  Making the transition to fulltime within about a two year time frame.  In 2018 he was promoted to being the production manager.

His job entails hiring and training all production staff and following up with customers to ensure our staff is doing the best job possible.

He holds an IICRC certification in Water Remediation and also is certified in subrogation. 

He handles almost every job at some point during the process. 

Keith Gwin

Keith Gwin has worked for SERVPRO since 2012.  He has went to college for HVAC and handles almost all of our duct cleanings, commercial or residential.  

He is a production crew chief and also does training with new hires.  He is one of our storm travelers when we are called to go out of town and handles most of the production on water damages.  

He is IICRC certified in water and also has gone through training through SERVPRO's training facility.  He is trained in subrogation.

He is married to wife Ashley and they have two children.  He likes to coach the oldest in baseball when given the opportunity.  

Barbara Creeley

Barbara has been with SERVPRO since August of 2016 and works in our production department.  Specializing in fire and mold remediation and cleaning she enjoys making things better for customers that have gone through a terrible experience and putting a smile back on their face.

Johnathon Hallock

Johnathon has been with SERVPRO since 2016.  He is a production crew leader.  He heads up crews that do carpet cleaning, water damage emergency services and mitigation as well as fire restoration and mold remediation.  

Adaira Pitts

Adaira is the receptionist at SERVPRO of North Clay County/Oakleaf/Middleburg.  She has been with SERVPRO since March of 2020.  She was previously a collections manager and before that a store manager since 2004.  Her husband is Eric and they have one daughter named Nadia.

Tom Hayes

Tom is the Commercial Sales and Marketing Representative. He has been with SERVPRO since 2018 where he started with a franchise in the Daytona Beach, FL area. He has a wife, and a daughter together. They moved to Clay County in 2020 and feel in love with the people and the community. Tom brings to the company a positive can do attitude, results driven, and above all else serves others first. He is a people person and is involved in the local Chamber of Commerce, athletic leagues, local schools, and non-profits in the area.
